Residential building complex in Dobrinja

We designed a block within a large residential complex, featuring a well-thought-out layout. The -1 level houses a parking garage, while commercial facilities are situated on the ground floor, ensuring convenience for residents. All residential units are located on the upper floors. A central green space, designed as a park, separates the two building blocks, creating a welcoming and natural environment for residents to enjoy. This design approach not only maximizes functionality but also enhances the overall aesthetic and community appeal of the complex.
